Climate Controlled units are located inside a hallway system building.  The building is air conditioned to control humidity and temperature.  The buildings are set to 78 degrees but also focus on humidity ensuring to kepp your belongings dry. 

Can anybody drive onto this property or is it gated?
SR 60 Storage has automatic gate that is active from 6AM to 10PM 7 days a week.

What is a roll-up door?
Roll-up doors are the most common door in self-storage. They are accessed by sliding a latch and lifting the door upward, similar to the motion of a garage door. Roll-up doors allow you to maximize the usage of your space.

Do I get a lock when I rent a unit?
Sure do! We will give you a lock with your new move-in.

Do you offer RV/boat/car/motorcycle parking?
SR 60 Storage does not offer parking for RV's, boat's and car's.  We are a climate controlled facility.  Check our other locations for available outdoor parking and the size you need today.

What is drive-up access?
Drive-up access is pulling up to a swing door with hallway access to your unit.  All units are located on the first floor of a facility, that gives you the ability to load your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck.  Carts are provided in the hallways to help transport your belongings.

How far in advance can I book a reservation?
We give you the flexibility to book a reservation up to 30 days in advance to help you plan ahead.

What is the difference between an indoor and outdoor unit?
An outdoor unit has access from outside. An indoor unit is within the building and will require you to go inside to access your unit.

What kind of security do you have?
SR 60 Storage takes great pride in protecting your belongings and strives to provide state-of-the-art security. Our gates are locked from 10PM to 6AM. The facility is fenced and well-lit, and includes 24/7 video surveillance. We offer the best in protection locks the industry has to offer.

What are the payment terms?
SR 60 Storage strives to make your storage experience as hassle free as possible, including paying your bill. Typically, our leases are month-to-month but we also offer the flexibility of long-term leases. We also offer AutoPay. We can automatically charge your Mastercard®, Visa®, Discover® each month.
